Guilty or not guilty Thanksgiving Weekend?

Okay I am sure many of you are dreading how you feel today. It's the last day that tops off the Thanksgiving weekend where most of you over indulged in turkey, stuffing and many treats. All your family that you spend time with soothed your guilty conscience by telling you "it's okay' , it is the holidays. I know the feeling. I must admit, just like most of you, I have a really hard time trying not to go too overboard during the holidays. I spend most of Sunday, and Monday, trying to get rid of my guilt and that emotional fight in my head. Well we are all human. Whether you are a competitor or just trying to live a healthy lifestyle, GET OVER IT! LOLest advise is treat every Monday with a New Year's resolution. New week, fresh start! What is done is done. What is the sense of eating if you can't enjoy it? It's okay...you will be back on track Monday, right?
If you feel like sharing or venting, post a comment or email me.
By the way I am looking forward to watching the Britney Spears special tonight: For the Record.
Although Britney did fall off the deep end this past year, she is still a regular person that needs to be respected for her space when she asks for it and also her need to be heard when she is ready to speak her mind. I am anxious to hear what she has to say.

Lastly, a big shout out and good luck to my friend Natalie who is one of the final 2 girls remaining on "So you think you can dance Canada". Natalie was also part of Strickly Salsa Dance Company. Good Luck!

Thanks to Laurier University for recognizing me!

So about 3 months ago I was in touch with my University that I attended wayyy back in..ummm 1995 ish LOL. I attended Laurier University and graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Arts. Anyway as part of the Alumni program they have a magazine that recognizes the successes of many of their graduates, and I am so pleased that I am one of them! So if you are a Laurier University Alumni, you can look for me . Thanks Laurier for giving me the tools to my successes in life..And please all of you up and coming students, please attend a post secondary education, you will need it.
Next...would you believe I started my Christmas shopping already? I am so proud of myself. For anyone that knows me, I don't do line ups...hellll no! Biggest pet peeve....hello......??? Who has the time to wait in line and shop in crowded malls, with screaming kids all over. I don't mean to sound aweful...but not for me!
Has anyone bought Beyonce's new album, the "Sasha Fierce"? It dropped Tuesday and I wanted to hear on how it is.

Lastly, I must confess, I am an avid "So you think you can Dance Canada" fan. I have to be. These dancers in their quest for stardom are no different then me or anyone else in this industry. My favorites are Nico and Arassayi...and would you believe that Arassayi was voted off???? I was devastated. She has never been in the bottom 3 ever . Come on Canada, wake up and vote! I am sooo upset it actually shut down my whole night. I feel for her...

Now you can really hear from me...you ready??

Hey Ya'll!
Okay, so now there are no excuses right, you really can get the 411 up close and personal from my personal blog. NO group emails, just me, myself and I in the raw. Are you ready? Okay....I am warning you, I can be a real "trip" when I want to be...and as you know I will tell it how it is, good or bad. I am sure you will have your share of laughs. But more importantly, I want this to be casual. I want to also hear your comments, questions or just thoughts.
Okay here I go. My thoughts for today are simply that "I HATE THIS FU**KIN" COLD!..
Ooops, I guess that was my inner voice talking! LOL
