The Arnold Sports Festival ...the utter breath of these words unleashes such an "emotional manifestation" in all of us. Whether you are competing, a retired competitor, or anxiously striving to set foot on that stage.....Even a fan dreaming...we look at the Arnold as the Olympics/Super bowl of our sport. It is what we all hunger for -the end all - the be all of the bodybuilding, fitness, figure and bikini world !

"TRUE BEAUTY..Inside Out!"

Hi Everyone!
Funny how this photo was suppose to be just a candid test shot from a photoshoot, and it ended up being one of the most beautiful photos of day. It's weird how we often try so hard to achieve the perfect look to be beautiful. What we often fail to realize is, those "candid moments" or " behind the scene" photos can speak a million words. Interestingly enough... Everyday I get many emails from people reaching out seeking advise on how they can achieve beauty....

My answer is always the same, " Beauty comes from the inside, not from the outside" If you love yourself from the inside, and you let your true personality shine, your own true beauty will infect others. They will in turn find you to be the most beautiful person in the world.
